File Access via Outlook Web Access

Potter Clarkson employees can now view files in their ‘My Documents' folder on the company network, when away from the office, by using Outlook WebAccess.

This facility is only available when using a Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser, and for security reasons should only be accessed via a private computer.

First, connect to Outlook WebAccess using the link from the Potter Clarkson Employee Portal page and confirm that you are using a non-public computer by selecting the ‘This is a private computer' option.

Enter your usual network username and password and click Log On.
