As universally required by its regulators, Potter Clarkson carries professional indemnity insurance. The firm has such insurance through a mutual, PAMIA Limited, https://www.pamia.co.uk/, which provides professional indemnity insurance to 95% of UK and Irish patent and trade mark attorneys in private practice. It is administered by mutual insurance experts from Thomas Miller, who provide proactive advice and expert claims support.
