We have built up large Formalities and Records departments staffed by highly trained and experienced administrative personnel. The departments act in concert to ensure that the input and processing of all administrative aspects of client matters are dealt with quickly, accurately and efficiently.
The Formalities Department is capable of handling multiple patent and trade mark filing programmes on a worldwide basis at the same time. It also handles the national processing steps needed to bring European patents into force on a national level after grant at the European Patent Office.
Of course, the Formalities and Records departments also release our patent and trade mark professionals from such administrative work, allowing them to concentrate on devising effective IP strategies for our clients.
Our large formalities resource is also available to support in-house patent and trade mark departments. It can undertake overflow work, or act as an entire patent and trade mark filing function on a longer-term basis.
