Our People
Brands are usually the most visible intellectual property asset, and therefore have the most direct connection with customers. They can very quickly become some of a business's most valued, and valuable assets.
A trademark registration is also the only intellectual property right that does not have a limited lifespan, so needs to be carefully nurtured and looked after. Our Trademarks group has extensive experience, both in private practice and in industry, of looking after trademark portfolios.
As well as providing specialist advice, we can represent you directly before the UK Trade Marks Registry, and before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) in respect of Community Trademark matters.
