Outlook Web Access

You can securely access your company Outlook email account from this page. If you have lost or had a mobile device stolen which is connected to our Exchange server, it may be possible to remotely disable the device by following these instructions.

File Access

If you're a Windows user, you can securely access files in your network My Documents folder when away from the office by using a new facility in Outlook Web Access. More information about how to set up this service can be found on this page.

Mimecast Email Management

You can securely access your live and archived company email from this page by logging in with your usual network user name and password. Additionally, in the event of a problem with our internal Exchange Server, you can use the Mimecast system to send and receive company messages. Further detailed instructions are available should you require them.

Remote Access

You can securely access the full range of internal applications by launching a remote VMware View session. More information about using the system, and how to correctly configure your machine, can be found on this page.

Octopus HR

Request leave, report absence, and update your personal details using the Octopus human resource system.

Winscribe Uploader

The Winscribe Uploader provides the facility to use any voice recording software to create standard audio files which can then be uploaded into Winscribe from your home computer, please first read the user guide and then log in to the Winscribe Uploader website using your normal network user name and password.

Home Anti-Virus Software

You can download the latest version of Sophos anti-virus software for use on your home computer. After installation the software will automatically update itself, when necessary, from the Potter Clarkson servers.

Skype

If you have Skype installed on your computer and the computer is equipped with a microphone and speaker, you can click the button in the bar at the bottom of any page on this website to make a free Internet call which will be answered by the Potter Clarkson reception during normal UK working hours. This call can then be transferred to any other internal extension. Outside normal UK working hours you will be able to leave a message on our answering system.
