22 May 2014 in London
The Intellectual Property Enterprise Court came into being on 1 October 2013, replacing the Patents County Court, and Richard Hacon was appointed as its judge with effect from 3 December. In this talk, His Honour Judge Hacon provides an insight into the differences between the PCC and the IPEC, reflects on the cases heard during its first 6 months and sets out his vision for how business in the IPEC will proceed in the future.
This course is directed at all levels of practitioners with an interest in intellectual property and will provide them with an understanding of the current issues litigating in the IPEC.
