Tom Harding and Kevin Rich will be attending The Future of Swedish & Danish Life Science in Lund on 7 September 2022.
Tom will be giving a talk on "Building IP Strategies to Secure Investment" at 9:20am. He will highlight the importance of having a sound intellectual property strategy for securing funding and consequently supporting growth of life sciences companies. Protecting innovation in key markets, such as Europe and the US, will be discussed, as well as highlighting strategic considerations necessary in view of the imminent arrival of the new European Patent System.
