Potter Clarkson recruits more trainees
12 January 2015
Potter Clarkson has created new positions across its business as the firm continues to grow and expand in Nottingham from where it has practised for over 125 years.
With its enviable reputation as a firm dedicated to training and offering opportunities to good candidates, the firm has recently taken on four new assistants with more planned for later in the year. Fehn Chua-Short and Christopher Hartland join in the electronics & computing team, and Pippa Hothersall and Ling Zhuang join the Biotechnology team.
As well as recruiting these trainee attorneys, the firm has two new apprentices, Radha Kaur and Christopher Rowe who have taken up roles in Business Development & Support and Patent Formalities respectively as part of the National Apprenticeship Service managed by New College Nottingham.
Andrew Argyle, practice director, commented, "The firm places a lot of importance on training. Many of our excellent attorneys have developed their careers through our unique training systems. We are now able to take on and assist apprentices in support roles, too, and are delighted with the service provided by New College."
