Potter Clarkson LLP is delighted to announce that it has again been shortlisted for the prestigious award of UK Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP), following its global IP survey. The winner of the award will be announced at a prize ceremony in London in April.

The firm won the UK award in 2011 and was shortlisted again in 2012. The firm also retained its top tier ranking in the survey results announced earlier.

According to MIP, firms are shortlisted for the above award on the basis of outstanding performance in a particular year, whereas the annual rankings reflect a firm's standing in the market over several years.

Potter Clarkson is consistently placed in the top tier of the rankings by all three of the major legal surveys, namely MIP, Chambers UK and Legal 500. We are very appreciative of all the positive feedback from clients and peers in the profession and we would like to thank all those who took time to contribute to the surveys. It is a nice reward for all the hard work and dedication of our partners and staff to excellent client service. Rest assured, we'll be working hard to improve our services still further.
