UPC Agreement ratified by Lithuania

On Thursday 24 August, the secretariat of the EU Council in Brussels recorded Lithuania as becoming the 14th member state to ratify the Unified Patent Court (UPC) Agreement.

Ratification of the Agreement by the UK and Germany is still required before the Unitary Patent Package can come into effect.
