Associate - IP Solicitor

Aidan specialises in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law.

His experience includes assisting in High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) cases across a range of rights, particularly complex patent and copyright disputes, as well as drafting and negotiating non-contentious commercial agreements. Aidan has also assisted on several IP due diligence projects.

Aidan trained at a leading national law firm in Birmingham prior to qualifying in September 2019 in intellectual property.

Education

Aidan studied cell and molecular biology at Newcastle University before taking the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice course at Nottingham Law School.
