Hannah has worked in the IP industry for over six years. She assists with a variety of trade mark and design matters - both contentious and non-contentious. These include assisting clients with devising a strategy for their trade mark portfolio, obtaining trade mark protection, trade mark maintenance, and trade mark infringement matters.

She also has experience assisting clients with obtaining registered design protection and dealing with company names disputes.

She works with many start-ups as well as multinational companies in a wide range of sectors.

Education

Hannah obtained her LLB Law degree at the University of Manchester. She obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice from Queen Mary University of London and Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice and IP Litigation from Nottingham Trent University. Hannah qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2020.
