Keeley is a Trade Mark Attorney who has worked with a broad range of clients, ranging from large multi-national corporations to start-ups and individuals. She has experience advising them on all aspects of trade mark management and prosecution as well as aiding settlement negotiations.
Keeley has worked with clients across many sectors including fashion, food and drink, animation, aviation, software, finance and property. She has a particular interest in the relationship between fashion and IP and regularly writes articles on the implications of trade mark cases affecting the sector.
Keeley graduated from the University of Reading with an honours degree in Law and subsequently obtained a PGCert in Trade Mark Law and Practice at Queen Mary University of London and a PGCert in Trade Mark Practice at Nottingham Trent University. She joined Wildbore & Gibbons in 2017, which subsequently became part of Potter Clarkson LLP on 1 September 2018. She is a qualified UK Trade Mark Attorney with 10 years of experience across various roles.
