Potter Clarkson is expanding its Danish practice with the appointment of environmental and life science specialist, Camilla Kiørboe as partner.

Potter Clarkson is delighted to announce that the recently-published Legal 500 2020 survey once again places our trade mark team in Tier 1 and our patent practice has retained its Tier 2 position. Our litigation and licensing team have entered into the ranking in Tier 1.

The rules governing the appeals process at the European Patent Office are being changed, with the aim being to speed up the appeals process and the expected effect being to reduce flexibility for appellants.
