We were delighted to participate in the GSIC Global Sports Innovation Summit 2025 in Valencia, a leading event bringing together innovators, investors, and industry experts to shape the future of sports technology.

As part of the summit’s legal workshop series on 17 December, Dave Holt and Harrison Lee delivered a session on “Intellectual Property: Challenges in the Sports-Related Industry.” Their talk explored how robust IP strategies can safeguard innovation, manage risk, and create commercial opportunities in an increasingly dynamic sports tech landscape.

Earlier in the summit, on 12 November, we hosted a seminar titled IP Strategy for Investment – Becoming ‘Investor-Ready’.” This session focused on practical steps businesses can take to identify and protect their IP assets, assess potential risks, and integrate IP into their business plans to boost company value and build investor confidence.

Through these sessions, we continue to support founders, investors, and the GSIC community by turning IP insights into practical steps that help innovation thrive.
