How We Live Our Values: Collaboration
I believe collaboration gets the best results. When deadlines approach, I coordinate closely with my team to keep projects on track. Even under pressure, I stay intensely focused on clients’ goals and craft the strongest IP strategy for them.
In My Own Words
What I find most rewarding in my job is the opportunity to dive into a wide variety of inventions and scientific challenges, each with its own story and potential impact. I love the process of translating complex technical concepts, whether from biotechnology, digital health or software, into clear, strategic IP advice that helps innovators protect and realise their ideas. There’s a real sense of satisfaction in knowing that my work can make a difference for inventors, whether it’s by helping them navigate tight deadlines or by shaping a patent strategy that supports their long-term goals.
I also genuinely enjoy collaborating with inventors and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Every day brings new questions and perspectives, and I thrive on the teamwork and communication required to move projects forward. Seeing a patent application progress from an initial idea to a granted right, and knowing I played a part in that journey, is incredibly fulfilling for me.
