Nominated in seven key categories in the UK and Europe, the firm has been recognised for its leading performance in patent and trade mark prosecution and litigation.
A further nomination for Scandinavia Firm of the Year underlines Potter Clarkson’s commitment to the region, with considerable growth across its operations in Sweden and Denmark.
Leading trade mark attorney and partner, Sanjay Kapur is also up for Practitioner of the Year.
