Fredrik Weyde
Fredrik is an attorney at law specialising in intellectual property (IP). Drawing on his extensive experience and academic background, he advises clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations on maximising the value of their trade marks, designs and copyrights.
Fredrik supports clients with trade mark and design prosecution, copyright matters and commercial IP rights. He represents them before the Swedish and European IP offices and courts, helping to protect and enforce their IP rights.
He joined Potter Clarkson in 2021, drawn by the firm’s reputation and commitment to excellence in IP law. He holds an LLM from Uppsala University, and is a qualified European trade mark and design attorney.
