How We Live Our Values: Respect
I grew up in Sweden but have always gravitated toward international environments. Studying and working with people from all over the world taught me to value different perspectives, ask better questions, and embrace change. Respect is key to creating a strong culture – one where people can grow, evolve, and learn together.
In My Own Words
My background has always centred around people – how they connect, how they grow, and how organisations can create the right environment for them to thrive. That’s what drew me to culture work, and what continues to inspire me.
I’ve worked across industries, countries, and functions, but the thread that runs through all of it is clarity and connection. Whether I’m working on a new internal initiative or shaping a strategic change programme, I always come back to the same question: how can we make this meaningful for people?
At Potter Clarkson, I’m proud to help shape a culture that supports both high performance and a strong sense of belonging.
