Camilla Kiørboe

Camilla is a certified Danish Patent Agent and European Patent Attorney heading Potter Clarkson’s food and agritech team.

She has over 15 years’ experience advising and representing Danish and European clients on matters relating to intellectual property rights especially in the area of food and agritech. The matters include among others patentability evaluations, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, freedom-to-operate analysis, oppositions, appeals and litigation work.  

As an experienced practitioner, Camilla is known by her clients for combining strong technical capability with an understanding of their commercial objectives. She is particularly adept at helping clients leverage their intellectual property rights to drive growth and manage risk. 

Camilla is actively engaged in the wider business community and regularly teaches intellectual property rights to clients, membership organisations in the food and agri industry, and most recently at the department of Food Science at the University of Copenhagen. In 2020, she was appointed expert judge by Borgarting Court of Appeal in Norway and served as an expert judge in a patent case that year. The case was related to the fishing industry. 

Camilla joined Potter Clarkson in October 2019.
