How We Live Our Values: Excellence
I aim to reflect all our core values in my day-to-day work, but if I had to choose one, it's excellence. I’m driven to learn, pay close attention to detail and communicate clearly so both the attorneys and our clients receive dependable support.
In My Own Words
When I started in intellectual property, I didn’t realise it would become a long-term commitment. The work stays interesting because there’s always more to learn. I believe my experience and practical, respectful approach are crucial in a supportive role; after all these years, I might even qualify for a long-service medal!
