Charlotte Wallace
Charlotte works with clients from start-ups to established international businesses, across a range of sectors. She offers both non-contentious and strategic IP portfolio and licensing advice, as well as support on contentious matters.
Charlotte regularly provides strategic advice to help clients manage and commercialise their intellectual property (IP). Her work includes implementing collaboration agreements and identifying opportunities to commercialise IP assets. How We Live Our Values: Collaboration
Having previously worked as part of an in-house legal team, I have direct experience of the commercial realities of innovation and product and service development. I enjoy helping clients navigate these challenges and realise the potential of their ideas. Working with everyone from SMEs and entrepreneurs to investors and large-scale businesses, I am surrounded by people generating transformative technologies and ideas. What drives me is supporting clients on their journey and playing a role in developing new technologies that can make a real impact.
In My Own Words
I chose a career in intellectual property to combine my enthusiasm for all things creative and innovative with my legal qualifications. I am naturally inquisitive, love learning how things work and enjoy trying new things, both in and outside of work. That curiosity has shaped how I approach my work and how I connect with clients.
My role allows me to collaborate with and learn from innovative people across sectors, from life sciences to the creative industries, and to play a part in encouraging and rewarding creativity. I am excited to continue supporting entrepreneurs and businesses as they develop and commercialise their ideas.
