Louise is a European and Swedish patent attorney with a background in industry as well as private practice.

Louise has long experience working with aspects of patents including searches, drafting and prosecution of patent applications, oppositions, validity investigations and freedom-to-operate analysis. In particular, Louise has experience helping clients to identify and provide patent protection for their inventions often forming the basis for a start-up company or out-licensing. In this context, Louise advises on the applicability of professor's privilege to ensure correct transfer of rights.
