Dan is a technology, data and AI leader specialising in cloud technology, data and AI strategy, modern data platforms, architecture and AI transformation. He has supported organisations within the legal, professional services, finance and public sectors, unlocking insights and driving growth and operational efficiencies.
Dan leads the technology, data and AI strategy at Potter Clarkson, with the aim of modernising cloud technologies and embedding data-driven decision intelligence and AI adoption within the organisation.
On a weekly basis, he oversees platform development across technologies, shapes data maturity and AI adoption (including M365 Copilot) and guides teams delivering analytics, governance and intelligent automation solutions.
Dan built his career in data and analytics over two decades, progressing from development and technical delivery into senior leadership roles where he established and scaled platform, data and insights practices. His move into the IP and legal sector, and specifically to Potter Clarkson, reflects a strong interest in applying AI to knowledge-rich environments, helping unlock the value of data, improve client outcomes and drive innovation in how legal services are delivered.
