Sonja is a junior attorney in the litigation and licensing team and joined Potter Clarkson in January 2022.

Sonja provides legal assistance on a wide range of matters relating to intellectual property, including trade marks, copyright and designs.

 

Education

Sonja has finalised her Master of Laws (LLM) from Uppsala University with a thesis on liability of online platforms for copyright infringement.

During the course of her master’s degree, she spent a period of time studying at University College Dublin (UCD). While at UCD, she advanced her knowledge in the fields of data protection and privacy, competition law and commercial contract law.

Interests

Outside of work, Sonja enjoys spending her time running, swimming and baking.
