Sarah is experienced in all aspects of trade mark prosecution including clearance searches, devising worldwide filing programmes and handling any official or third-party objections. She is also involved in contentious matters and has a particular interest in non-traditional trade marks such as three-dimensional marks. Sarah has a varied client base which includes sectors such as food and drink, cosmetics, and entertainment.
Sarah read law at the University of Cambridge before joining Wildbore & Gibbons in 2011, which subsequently became part of Potter Clarkson LLP on 1 September 2018. She qualified as a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney in 2014 and has published articles on the implications of particular trade mark cases. Sarah regularly speaks about trade mark matters at business events and seminars.
