Brand Protection Client Manager

Lindsey joined Potter Clarkson in 2020 and is responsible for the management and development of the iProvidence brand protection service.

Lindsey has extensive experience in protecting brands across online marketplaces, domains and websites, social media, app stores and NFT marketplaces. She ensures that client’s intellectual property rights are protected by monitoring and enforcing against counterfeiting and infringements.

Lindsey has a background in intellectual property and previously worked in brand protection for a luxury global sportswear brand.

Education

Lindsey has an undergraduate degree in ancient history and a master’s degree in classics from the University of Nottingham. She completed the CITMA Paralegal qualification in 2021.

Interests

Lindsey enjoys hiking in the Peak District and Lake District and takes part in Conqueror and Ultra Challenges. She has a keen interest in Greek and Roman history following her time at University.
