Charlotte Crowhurst
Charlotte is a highly regarded patent attorney with over 30 years’ experience protecting chemical and healthcare innovations. She advises on a wide range of chemical inventions including pharmaceutical compounds and formulations, personal care and food products, as well as sustainable technologies such as batteries.
Charlotte advises a broad spectrum of clients, from emerging enterprises to multinational companies, on developing and implementing international intellectual property (IP) strategies. Her practice spans patent drafting and prosecution, global IP portfolio management, and advice on third-party rights and due diligence.
Known for her collaborative approach, Charlotte is recognised for building long-standing professional relationships. She plays a key role in the firm’s representation of clients in Asia, including major corporates and academic institutions in Korea and China.
She is a member of the China Britain Business Council (CBBC), the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST), and the Society of Chemical Industry (SCI), where she served on the Board of Trustees for six years.
