Holly is an experienced IP solicitor, with expertise in negotiating and drafting a broad range of IP agreements (including confidentiality, licensing, collaboration and R&D agreements); handling IP aspects of major projects and audits; and providing strategic advice on IP protection, exploitation and infringement. Holly has experience in advising and dealing with IP disputes across all intellectual property rights.
In 2008 Holly studied an LLB in Law at the University of Sheffield, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Nottingham Law School. She became admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2011 and soon after completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law & Practice in 2015 at the University of Oxford.
Holly joined Potter Clarkson as an Associate in April 2017. Before joining Potter Clarkson, Holly spent 5 years working in the IP practice of a large global law firm.
