How We Live Our Values: Ambition
I resonate with all our core values, but I connect most with ambition. When people are engaged and motivated by their work, it leads to higher productivity and job satisfaction. That energy also fosters innovation and helps create a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration and growth. I see ambition not just as aiming high, but as the drive to keep improving and making a meaningful impact in everything we do.
In My Own Words
The most defining moment in my career was receiving an internal award recognising the individual who consistently demonstrated the behaviours that reflect our firm’s values.
Each of these values plays an important role in how we work and interact. Being recognised for embodying all of them was incredibly rewarding. It reinforced my commitment to these principles and motivated me to keep striving for excellence and to contribute to our firm’s vision of becoming the leading intellectual property firm in Europe.
