How We Live Our Values: Collaboration
I connect most with collaboration. Throughout my career, I have led complex transformation programmes where success depended on bringing diverse teams together and aligning their goals. Working closely with colleagues taught me that collaboration isn't just about sharing ideas; it's about creating trust and momentum. At Potter Clarkson, collaboration is key to delivering change that lasts and building a culture where everyone moves forward together.
In My Own Words
I've always been fascinated by change: how organisations evolve, how people adapt and how strategy turns into reality. Over the past 20 years, I've worked on transformation programmes and learned that success isn't just about technology or processes; it's about people. That's what drew me in and keeps me here.
One defining moment came early in my career. I was part of a major organisational restructure that looked perfect on paper: new systems, new processes and clear timelines. When we launched, it did not land. People were confused, frustrated and resistant. In a meeting, someone asked, "We have done everything right, so why does it feel wrong?" That was when I realised change is as much human as it is technical. From then on, I made it my mission to focus on the people side of transformation, helping teams feel confident, engaged and ready for what is next.
Now, I lead programmes that aren't just about systems; they're about shaping the future of the organisation. The most rewarding part is seeing that lightbulb moment when someone says, “I get it now.” That's when I know we aren't just delivering a project; we are building something that lasts.
