I am deeply committed to delivering exceptional service to the firm and genuinely care about leading and supporting the HR team. My goal is to ensure we consistently apply best practice in our advice and approach, and that our work adds real value across the firm.
In My Own Words
I have extensive knowledge of HR management, having studied it at university and completed a postgraduate diploma in personnel practice. I genuinely care about delivering exceptional service, building trusted relationships and leading a happy, motivated team. I also value the opportunity to align people and culture with the wider goals of the business.
It’s that combination of people, purpose and strategic focus that makes my role so rewarding, and it’s what drives me to continually strive for excellence.
