Radha Kaur
Radha is a paralegal who specialises in trade marks. She provides a high level of service to internal and external clients on a variety of trade mark matters in the UK and internationally.
Radha supports trade mark attorneys at all stages of their careers, from trainees to partners, adapting her approach to different working styles and needs. Her responsibilities include drafting correspondence, completing forms, collating evidence, filing documents at trade mark offices and preparing monthly reports. She plays a key role in progressing clients’ trade mark objectives and helping the team operate efficiently.
She joined Potter Clarkson in 2014 as an apprentice in the business development and support team, before moving into the trade marks department. She qualified as a Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) Paralegal Member in 2022, fulfilling a long-standing goal to become a paralegal.
